Its Brownish paint on white egyptian cotton.
It is water based paint on egyptian cotton. The linen is cleaned and dry. It has only been on the bed for about 3 hours.

throw it away and upgrade to something nicer, life is too short to stuff a mushroom
It will depend on what sort of paint it is.
but you could try removing as much of the paint before spraying hairspray onto it and then gently scrubbing it clean.
Put a bit of paint remover on the spot and rub with your hands until it softens the paint , then wash the sheet.
If the paint is water be it usually comes out with just water, but you need to rub the fabric to loosen the paint .
soak in washing soda in bucket of hot water ,overnight if possible then wash as usual.
dab firmly with nail polish remover, leave for 10 mins then wash on a 60 degree wash.
To answer your question, we’d need to know whether the paint is acrylic or oil-based paint, how long it’s been on the fabric and whether the material has already been washed and dried.
Use turpentine. Its white so it wont fade anything. Then wash it immediately so it dosent eat at the fabric.
