hydrogen peroxide
soak under cold running water. if the stain is now set, it’s too late. rub with shout and put in wash no more than warm cold is better. should come clean.
If soaking in cold water doesn’t remove it straight away scrub the stain with a plastic or metal scourer. If that doesn’t do it soak the sheet in cold water with some chlorine bleach added.
