Dirtiness. Unkept / Unclean house. You need to keep things clean on a weekly basis. Don’t wear dirty clothes in bed either.
You don’t get bed bugs. Bed bugs get you.
Bed bugs used to be a thing of the past, but they’ve had a resurgence in the past few years. They’re little black bugs that you should find crawling around on your bed. Also look for little spots of blood on you or your bed as a sign you have bed bugs.
If you do have them, then you either have to tough it out or get the bed cleaned by professionals.
from all i’ve seen on t.v. lately, most people bring them home from traveling. there found in the best of hotels, motels etc. people (guests)
who travel may also unknowingly bring them to your house. had any guests in the not to distant past?
they say they won’t hurt you. they’re just nasty to look and and do bite from what i’ve heard. they’re in epidemic proportions in college dorms these days. the exterminaters can’t keep up with the influx. i would try to get an exterminator in to see your particular problem. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A DIRTY HOUSEKEEPING.
good luck to ya
