I’m assuming that it is an ink pen and that the fabric is cotton. I looked it up in my Talking Dirty with the Queen of Clean book for you. Here are her instructions: Ink and marker can be a challenge to remove, particularly if the garment or item has gone through the dryer and the ink has been heat set. Carefully dab rubbing alcohol on the spot with a terry towel, move the towel as the ink is coming off of the garment and continue to apply the rubbing alcohol moving outward from the middle of the stain. There is also a product you can purchase called Ink Away buy the makers of Goo Gone, but I have found this product very difficult to find.
I would say use Shout or one of the other stain removers. Once it removed gum stuck on flannel and I thought the flannel gown was ruined forever. Read the labels and see which ones are best for ink
you could try pre washing it put soap on it and let it sit for a day then wash it or try a dry cleaners or ask an antique place
try hair spray. it will bleed a little when you spray it, but don’t freak. keep adding hair spray to dilute it, then spray with a stain remover and wash again. good luck…..
maybe some bleach in water….or a wash rectify available in supermarkets… vinegar is supposed to work wonders with everything also… good luck…you’re gonna need it ! if all else fails , dye them…are you speaking to hubby ?
Since you have already dried the pillow case the stain may already have been set in. Try soaking the pillow case in a bowl of milk. Yes, a bowl of milk. Daughter had magic marker on bed spread that was white, didn’t put it in dryer first, but soak it in a bowl of regular milk and the stain came out. Good luck, hope it works for you.
