I like the first one the best.. And you don’t have money for the second one plus it’s quite ugly.
Honestly take your time remodeling, start off with that bed set first.. Then keep adding to it. It’ll keep te excitement of decorating longer for you and also you’ll make wiser decisions.
Look for things at second hand stores or liquidation stores.
Like I said take your time, you might find some good deals.
And if you do that bed spread (which I think you should) have that be your main focus (because it’s so busy and loud) and work around that, make everything else you buy softer.

Hm, I would do zebra print but classily done! Not just zebra print everywhere.
You could do like a light pink on the walls, or even a pretty teal, but not a harsh one. And do zebra accents in the room, like a zebra lamp, or maybe even a bedspread if it’s not too loud. Then if you decide to paint the walls teal, do pink vases and photo frames. If you decide to paint the room pink, then use teal vases and photo frames. I think it sounds very cute! :]
You seem quite young so I would incoporate the zebra them into your but don’t go too all out on zebras.
