Where can I find insert comforters?

Where can I find a white insert comforter for my full sized bed? Does any large chain stores sell them such as Walmart or Target or something?

Do you mean a duvet cover, or a comforter to go into a duvet cover?
A lot of the large chain stores are carrying bed in a bag ensembles and coordinate sets, I haven’t seen a whole lot of basic, solid color, a la cart comforters other than sheets, pillow cases etc.
Check on-line inventories at Target, Walmart, Kmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens N Things.
Catalog companies like Linen Source, or The Company Store might be options too, they carry solid white down comforters I know for sure.
