Whether you sleep nude or not hasn’t got anything to do with it. The fabric sounds like it is polyester or some other man-made fabric so it doesn’t breathe or absorb our perspiration which is why you wake up in a cold sweat because your sweat has dried on your body and cooled down.
If you go out for a run and where polyester your sweat runs down your skin and doesn’t absorb into your clothing, this is the same.
Velour fever. Happens to people whom are allergic to velour. Try silk sheets between the velour comforters.
