Is my neighbor in the flat above me up to no good?

This is a random question, but in the flat above me they never ever open the curtains (and even have sheets up to cover any gaps that let in natural light), even in the middle of summer! And yet they always have every window open, even if it’s freezing outside!
It’s two brothers and one couple that live there.
I have considered vampires but I see them out and about daily! More seriously, a friend said they could be growing stuff.
What do you think it could be?

They want their privacy. Respect that. Simple as that. You have no proof of anything.
You have the best neighbors in the world, be happy. My neighbors are all over our business and it is driving us nuts. Be glad they keep to themselves. Some neighbors you just do not want to know.
So, you have neighbors that like privacy and keep to themselves. So, what is the problem here??
