We have a Sealy Posturepedic Trueform (not the Springfree) which is identical to the Tempurpedic, but a lot less expensive. It is a miracle bed! We laid on both the Sealy and the Tempurpedic at the store and couldn’t tell a difference. So…I personally recommend the Sealy Trueform:

Also, have you looked into anti-decubitus air mattresses? I used to work for a home health agency and we had patients that used them for pressure sores. Here’s a link to a website I found with more information. Hope all of this helps!!!!:
