LOL, as long as he is safe, try to let him wear himself out. He’ll get tired eventually and lay back down (as long as he already knows how to sit/lay from the standing position). If you go in there all the time when he does it, he’ll start to think it’s "Mommy time" and do it to get you to come.
No biggie, just let him stand. I always put my older son in his crib and he stands right up and I leave and he eventually lays down and goes to sleep.
I am laughing because I can relate. Can he sit back down by himself. If so, just let him stand. I read that babies practice A LOT while in bed. He’s just perfecting and enjoying the fact that he can stand.
