I’m going to buy a new bedding set but seriously about how many actual fitted sheets/ sheets/ pillowcases should one have (same color)? And how often should I change my sheets and pillowcases (washing and such)?
The sheets haven’t been washed yet. Using nail polish remover doesn’t seem like a good idea because the one time I accidentally got a bit on the bedding it stained it an ugly orangish color. Anything else that will remove the stain or at least lighten it? Thanks in advance.
I would think washing it would be more likely to set the stain…am I incorrect?

Your bed sheets, blankets, comforter, and pillow case. I asked it on another category and someone said once a week… Which is very hard to believe if you want to spend 1 day of the week washing your whole family’s sheets and etc. So, how many times a month, every 2 months, etc. do you wash your sheets? Okay, so in about 4 weeks I am going to be moving out and into a college dorm. I am going to be a freshman, so I’m excited and nervous at the same time. Anyway, I wanted to get some new bed sheets for my bed at college. Plus, I haven’t had fresh, new bed sheets in awhile. I have enough money for them, and would be paying for them with my own money, but my mom doesn’t think so. I found a set that I love for only , and it comes with One reversible comforter, Two sham(s), One bedskirt, One flat sheet, One fitted sheet, Two pillow cases. I think it’s a pretty good deal for only , but should I spend my money on it? Or could I find something cheaper? Stupid question, I know, but I really need some more opinions as to if I should keep looking or buy it?
My boyfriend is staying the night to night for the first time tonight (just sleeping). I am staying the weekend in my college apt dorm. When I got here I realized I have stains on my sheets from that time of the month that did not come out in the wash. I do not have time to wsh them (nor do I like washing them in public washes, I usually take them home to wash). I have a spare set but they are very cheap and rough and uncomfortable, and have been stored under my bed for a year so they are probably musty. Will he notice or even care about the stains? He isn’t shallow at all. And the sheets have been washed, they r straight up stains because the sheets are old.

I have my work sheets set up for each week of the months and I want to keep a running total for my month-to-date and year-to-date totals. Example: Week January 5-9 totals I want to total with Week January 12-16.
I have always been buying 100% cotton fabric for my bedsheets sets etc, never tried polyester since it does not really work well with hot Houston, TX weather coz even during winter it does not get that cold. I was wondering would satin or cotton satin suit this type of weather also what are the advantages of cotton satin and satin to just cotton? Also some info on polyester would be good. Thanks
