I think that it is weird how we have blankets/covers (or whaterver) while we sleep. Sometimes it’s not even cold and if I sleep without one on, I get goosebumps.
I have an inside beagle. She’s a really good dog. Haha, but we put down old blankets for her to lay on, they’ve been washed and dried in the dryer, and she lays over there and sniffs them like crazy! It drive me insane, cause it sounds like she snorting something. I was just wondering, why does she do this? Is it just beagle nature?
It’s winter, and it’s cold. I have a little puggle (20 lbs) and we keep her in front of a space heater and with blankets and sweaters. This afternoon though, she doesn’t seems to stop shaking.
At first it was violent shakes every time she inhaled. Now it is just quiet shaking. She may have a fever.
Any home remedies? Not ready to take her to the vet just yet.
i need to get my blankets clean asap. last year at my old barn the women told me she went to some laundromat and did them herself. This is a good option for me but i have heard that many laundromats will not let you wash blankets because of all the hair and dirt. They are to dirty for me to clean myself and be satisfied. i have tried many times before its just never the same as fresh clean. our local tack shop sends blankets out but its to expensive to send out like 10 blankets. any suggestions?
Anyone know where I can get the big blankets where it can cover almost an entire person? That are like almost 6’X4’? Are those the beach or throw blankets?
We put blankets on horses in the winter, why not beef and dairy cattle? Don’t they get cold too?
