it on the clothes line for a few hours, but it still smells. Any suggestions? It was not a cheap blanket, and Egyptian cotton.
It smells kind of like burnt fish.

When you put your bed sheets in the dryer do they roll up and get tangled all together? I have a king size bed and mine always rollup together. Is there anyway to aviod this? I have to unroll them at least 2 or 3 times before they get dry.
I don’t have a clothes line and even if I did I couldn’t hang them out to dry.The dogs would jump at them and tear them.

I have white sheets at home and I can never get them white again. I know it’s not staining from the bleach I use because the fitted sheet is stained and the pillow cases are stained while the “loose” sheet is not. I’d like to try some home remedies before I go out and buy some more chemicals. As well, I can’t hang my sheets to dry in the sun because we don’t have a fence to hang a clothes line on and we don’t have anything for the sheets to hang off of outside.
Just a note — I wash the whole set together, the two sheets and two pillowcases. So that’s how I know it’s not the bleach.
