My daughter has a very nice quality foam mattress cover for her queen bed. On the day her waterproof cover was in the wash she peed in the bed, quite a lot. It soaked well through the foam but thankfully not into the mattress. My husband was the one home that night and he took the cover off and blotted with towels, and now it’s been sitting for two days. How can I clean it?

When we had our new foam mattress delivered, the wood bed frame started squeaking with the slightest movement. Can this be fixed?

I am moving from New Orleans to Chicago and I have a 10" thick foam mattress. When they brought the mattress to my apt for delivery it was in a vacume sealed bag which would really reduce the space needed to move. I am trying to find a service or somewhere I could get a bag that I could vacuum the air out and move it.

Hello. I just got a Malm bed and I am thinking of getting a Sertapedic Foam mattress (here: http://www.sleepys.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product1_10602_-1_13476_10551). It is 7 1/2" thick, while the mattress displayed in the store with the bed was only 4 3/4 inches thick. Will the bed look strange with the thicker mattress?

I read that when assembling the frame, I will get the option to place the slats at a lower position. Has anyone done this with a thicker mattress? Thanks in advance!

I want to purchase a HEMNES queen size bed frame, but I am not sure if I can use it with a regular mattress. Like a mattress and box spring set from Leon’s. Can I do this? Or do I need to use Ikea’s foam mattress as I really rather not.

We purchased a 12′x10′ tent and we would like to know what size air mattress would fit in the tent.

I have a 1997 Lz z Boy sleeper soafer queen size that I brought for my studio apt in downtown San Antonio, Tx. I t is in excellent shape and the mattress is a good mattress from lz z Boy, I am trying to make it even better. I was told a mattress pad, or foam mattress topping, or a feather bed will work, called around and now I am totally confused lol. Please help! I am 6’1 200 lbs and looking to make the bed as comfortable and plush as possible.

It came with one of those cotton batting mattresses made in china – the kind that turns to rock when you lie on it. I don’t know if a foam mattress will fold properly when the futon is in ‘sofa’ mode. Also I don’t want to spend alot of money – the futon and mattress together were a bargain ( got it used for sixty dollars). Anyone out there have an idea to make the futon a more comfortable place to sleep? Thanks!

I am preparing to move in a couple of months, and trying to decide how much to budget for a new mattress. I am getting a full-size platform bed, so I don’t need the box springs, just the mattress itself. I don’t want an air-bed or anything like that, but a traditional spring coil mattress or foam mattress would be fine.

Everywhere I look they are at least 0. I don’t care about quality, I just need something to sleep on until I can get something better. I can always get on of those mattress toppers or something anyway. So… anyone know of a good place to get one? Thanks!

you know thoe foam mattress covers you can buy…egg crate on one side flat on the other….few inches thick…would a mouse/rat eat and destroy etc one of those?

it says clean only with upholstery shampoo. how can I do it?
its a all around cover, that zips up around the yellow foam mattress, can i just use the washing machine? what will happen when I do?
