I have like a rash of bites almost covering my legs above my knees and quite alot over the rest of my body. they could be bed bug bites. i have sore muscle joints and a really bad looking rash. does anyone have any ideas on fixing these problems?
I have been itching like crazy, big huge welts on my arms, neck, and legs. Last night I found a bug on my chair, looked it up, and found out it is a bedbug. I have 8 children in my home, ranging from 18 months to 12 years old. Is there a safe way to kill the bugs without it affecting my children? I have never dealt with bedbugs before so I have no clue what to do. Any suggestions?
Hi everyone I wanted to let anyone who is dealing with these critters a way to kill them I haven’t had a problem with them for a month. Now its kill on contact so you actually have to see the bug and spray it or the eggs. Do this for about a week I know it is time consuming but it worked for me.
get rubbing alcohol obviously it depends on how big your house is and how much furniture you have on how much you need to buy.
Spray the nests that are probably on the underside of your bed or chair or couch. you’ll need to vacuum your bed and if your bed has a design on it vacuum the design as well go around every crease every crack. Use Vaseline on and wood parts near the floor like the legs. These bus will not cross a Vaseline barrier. Then clean out any clutter you have. Throw your clothes ALL of them in the dryer for 30 minutes, not at one time. Just do a normal load and put it in on high heat. hang them when they come out of the dryer. spray all your furniture where you have seen a bug vacuum it. Vacuum around your base boards, then tape or block off all unused plug ins and light sockets. Bag your bed in a bed bag or if you can’t afford one use plastic wrap. This worked for me. Just try it before you think I am crazy.
I’m in Egypt touring, and I got hundreds (literally) of bedbug bites. They’re on my face and body everywhere! They’re not that big, but extremely a lot of them. And they keep spreading! They first started on my scalp and then went down my neck, back, and to my stomach, and legs and everywhere else.
Anyone know how to just get rid of them! I’ve been taking a ton of showers, and putting nail polish on some.

I plan on restaining my set of bedroom furniture. I was told to strip the old finish first with chemical stripper and then finely sand the surfaces with a smooth sandpaper.
I’ve done plenty of sanding, but havent ever used chemical stripper. What tips should i know? The legs of my night stand have some detailing, but not too much overall. What is the best kind of chemical stripper? Do i need any specialty tools to help it remove the stain quicker, easier, more evenly?
Every morning, I wake up with a horribly aching back, and I know it’s because of the cheap, hard as a brick mattress that came with my apartment. I don’t have the money to buy a new mattress, and I already have an egg crate pad and a mattress pad on there. I’ve tried sleeping with a pillow between my legs, but that doesn’t help, either. Is there anything else that I can do?

i have been changing mine like every 3- 4months for 10n years and my body has gone black and dirty despite scrubbing so hard in shower every 3- 4 days

I put together a metal futon earlier today and I am missing the two stretcher pieces that kind of stabilize the frame. They stretch the long way across the futon and attach to both legs of the futon. I was wondering whether or not anyone knows of a good way of making makeshift legs. I was thinking about possibly getting metal rods as long as it and attaching them with L-brackets but I need some more advice. Thank You.
When we get on and off the bed, make the bed, anything… it moves accross the room. We are afraid of the scratching on the freshly polyurathaned floors and it frankly impedes certain activities.
Is there anything that we can purchase at Lowes or Home depot or whereever which we can put under the wheels or legs of the bed to keep it from moving? We can’t get a rug because his cat unfortunately is drawn to marking carpets even tho he is neutered.

i live in eureka, california, there are giant redwoods in my backyard and
I was making my bed this morning and i pulled the king size over so i could tuck my sheets in, and i see a heart-stopping sight. a thick, reddish spider is just sitting there. His front legs were really long an right behind them were these juicy fangs. His body was black but his legs were red…any idea as to the kind of spider?
There was a small bug kinda brownish on my boyfriends back while he was in bed. I looked around the matress and there was no really signs of bed bugs
. I pulled up the skirt and there was a very skinny brownish orange bug whirling around it had very small legs. there was a black dead bug that looked kinda like a bed bug in one of my guest rooms.
I have alot of spider problems because I live in a lower leval apt. I am worried since there was a big out break in cincy ohio which is only 20 mins from where I live. If this is bed bugs what could I do to get rid of them?
