My son wet his bed last night and also managed to get his pillow wet. So I thought I would wash his pillow along with my oldest son’s pillow so the washer would not be lopsided. Now my dryer isn’t working and I have two very wet pillows. What is the fastest way to get them dry without my dryer?

I am very clean. I wash my hair daily and change my sheets and pillow cases about 2 times a week, but they smell like greasy hair. I know it is disqusting. I wash them in the hottest water available and use tide. Any suggestions to get this greasy hair smell outa my cases.
I am a nurse, I wash my hair before I leave for work in the am and after work. I have used everything from Suave to Head and shoulders. The pillows are less than 3 mos old. My son has the same greasy hair smell in his pillow cases. Thanks for the excellent response. I will try some of these things.

I want to pick the right finish to match to my bedding… which is a white comforter with large pink hydrangeas so there is a soft and hot pink with soft sage and lime green color scheme… very subtle… and then I’ll pop with sheets and pillows. But I don’t know what color of wood finish to have… thought about white as I guess I’m kinda going for a country cottage (but less fussy) kind of style… but I think white will blend in with the bedding too much. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any pillow sham craft ideas? I bought 4 mis-matched quilted pillow shams from a flea market in hope of creating something out of them, but I have no idea what. I’m not looking to make pillows out of them. Any ideas or websites would be greatly appreciated!!!

It states that the pillows have to be spot cleaned only. the inside is 100% polyester. They are yellow and blue solid color pillows. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I registered for 2 Euro Shams at Bed Bath and Beyond that match my bedset. The size of the shams are 25 X 25 (it says on the package). How will they fit when all Euro Pillows are all 26 X 26? How will those shams fit a standard sized euro pillow? Makes no sense to me. Will it fit?

My bed is firm, and I need a softer bed. I wake up tired and I have to reposition myself all night. The bed doesn’t fit me. But I cannot buy a bed right now because I can’t afford it. What are some low cost ways to make my bed more comfortable?. Here’s a thought:
Buy a bunch of pillows and sleep on top of those.

We used to have four. Two for him, two for me. Well, throughout this pregnancy I’ve just been adding pillows. We currently have eight regular pillows and one body pillow. Two of the regular pillows are his, the rest are mine and yes, I actually use all of them. Two of them are for my head, the body pillow goes in front of me, one goes under my hips, another goes between my legs, and two go behind me when I take naps. If my honey is behind me, then I put the other two on the night stand.

So what about you? How many pillows are you using?

My puppy is a small breed mix that is four months old. I like dogs to sleep with me and I feel she is old enough now. The problem is she licks the pillow so much she makes it all wet. She doesn’t do this in her own bed, just mine. Any suggestions to get her to stop licking the pillows?
